The fine print, in plain terms.
One extraction sheet is one page of a structural drawing PDF processed by the AI takeoff — columns, beams, slabs and footings read off that sheet. A five-page drawing set uses five sheets. Manual BOQ entry — typing quantities, masonry and roofing yourself — is unlimited on every paid tier and never touches your extraction allowance.
No. Extraction top-ups are $19 per 100 sheets and never expire. Your monthly plan allowance is used first; top-up sheets are drawn down only after that, and any unused balance carries forward indefinitely.
You're grandfathered. Existing $20/mo Professional subscribers keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active — you don't get moved onto the new pricing. You can switch up to Pro or Studio whenever the new allowances are worth it to you.
Every account can run a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card. You get the full Pro allowances for two weeks. When the trial ends you drop to Free automatically unless you choose to subscribe — nothing is charged and nothing auto-renews without your card on file.
Subscriptions and one-off top-up credits are billed through Stripe, in USD, on one global price list. Annual plans are paid up front at the discounted monthly-equivalent rate; monthly plans renew each month.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then revert to Free. No cancellation fee, no phone call.
Free-plan PDF and Excel exports carry a Miksir watermark, and LCA reports are watermarked as well. The engineering is identical — same deterministic calculations, same standards — the mark simply signals a Free-tier document. Every paid tier exports clean, unbranded files.
Yes — that's the point. Mix Design, LCA, Geo and BOQ are one bundle. There's no à-la-carte per-studio pricing; your tier sets the allowances across all four.
