01Free tier
The Free plan is free forever and includes capped access to all four studios. No payment, no refunds to consider.
0214-day money-back guarantee
New Pro and Studio subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the first charge (which itself only happens after the 14-day free trial). If Miksir isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of payment and we refund it in full — no questions beyond what helps us improve.
The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first paid subscription.
03Renewals & annual plans
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally not refundable — cancel before the renewal date to avoid them. We send a reminder before every annual renewal.
- If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year; we do not pro-rate, except where required by law.
- Charged in error (duplicate charge, cancelled but still billed)? We refund in full, promptly.
04Extraction top-ups
BOQ extraction-sheet top-ups never expire while your account is active. Unused top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase; once sheets from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
05Legacy plans
Grandfathered legacy "$20 Professional" subscriptions follow this same policy. Note that cancelling a grandfathered plan ends its legacy pricing permanently — resubscribing later is at current prices.
06How to request a refund
Email support@miksir.app from your account email with the invoice number (in your Stripe receipt). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
